About the school
Grade 1 Outstanding Girls comprehensive school, based in North West London, Harrow. Currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous practitioner that can join an inclusive department for January 2018. As a Maths specialist, you will be teaching Key Stages 3, 4 & 5. The role is offered as a full time position. Disruptive behaviour at the school is low, and the students are keen and eager to learn. This inclusive department would like to secure a good team player, someone who has a flair and passion for the subject. Most students have aspirations to go on to University and study vocational subjects so they are looking for a role model to give them guidance.
The department is extremely well resourced, has a range of staff who hold different levels of experience and as such the role would suit an NQT equally as much as someone who has years of experience. The School offers a great support network and the realistic opportunity to progress - most of the leadership team and positions of responsibility at the school are held by staff who were promoted from within.
The school are looking to recruit a Post Primary Maths Teacher to start in January 2018 on an ongoing contract. The school would be happy to consider a Newly Qualified Teacher or experienced Teacher with drive and dedication to plan, prepare and teach outstanding lessons up to KS4.
