Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a Part-time position within a Medical Environment. 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Ideally a third level qualification or with equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently on his or her initiative and also as a member of a team
  • Analytical and problem solving skills along with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Excellent computer skills: including Microsoft Word, Excel, website and document management systems
  • Ability to generate and present documents in a professional manor
  • Experience in medical administration would be advantageous but not necessary
