What will you do?
You will provide best Medical Information support to Healthcare professionals, patients and other customers & to complete the relevant documentation for these queries - telephone, email or web chat.
You will manage customer queries regarding products/medical devices from healthcare professionals, patients and other customers.
You will be working on projects, being part of an experienced a Medical Information team.
What will you need?
- Fluency in English, & Finnish OR Nordics OR French
- Excellent customer service experience, at least 2+ years' experience in a similar role
