Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
Management of the online booking software. 

Processing of payments for attendees. 

Reconciliation of the fees received. 

Responding to all enquiries. 

Preparation and implementation of the organisations digital media marketing plan. 

Creating of content for the organisations social media accounts. 

Analysing the impact of the organisations posts using the various analytics tools available. 

Building customer relationships. 

Requirements:
Knowledge of the skills/training services environment 

Experience in the field of sales and marketing would be preferred 

Excellent presentation, telephone manner and communication skills are essential. 

3rd Level Qualification preferable. 

IT literacy paramount. Good understanding of both Google AdWords and SEO. 

A familiarity with an online booking system would be preferable. 

Experience using various social media platforms. Preferably Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. 

Salary €28k to €30k. Role based in Dublin 9.
