This is exciting opportunity for a support administrator to join a customer care team in a global recruitment agency based in Dublin 4. This is an excellent position for someone who is looking to get there career started with a chance of progression within the fast-paced company. Only applicants with 1 years' experience will be considered. This is a varied role within a busy office and this individual must be ambitious, driven and adaptable and will be joining a dynamic and fun team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Reception relief
  • Managing the marketing collateral
  • Facilities management
  • Supporting the L&D function
  • Scheduling and managing meeting rooms
  • Managing a busy switchboard and forwarding phone calls
  • Book cabs and couriers
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Update CV's on database
  • General ad hoc duties

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 years administration experience
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team or alone
  • A professional manner and excellent organisational skills
  • Well presented, smartly dressed and punctual
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritise own workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English
