Job Requirements
Accounts Administrator required with strong background in accounts and SAGE. Long term contract. Galway city.
- Weekly accounts payable administration including booking invoices in SAGE accounting system and processing invoices for payment.
- Reviewing creditor balances and ensuring prompt payment.
- Daily recording of accounts receivable including recording cheques in cheque log, in donor management system and in SAGE accounting system.
- Preparation and recording of bank lodgements.
- Preparation and review of bank reconciliations.
- Manage office travel including booking travel and accommodation.
- Provision of administrative support to Chief Executive.
- Assisting with organisations event management as required.
