Job Requirements

Accounts Administrator required with strong background in accounts and SAGE. Long term contract. Galway city.

  • Weekly accounts payable administration including booking invoices in SAGE accounting system and processing invoices for payment.
  • Reviewing creditor balances and ensuring prompt payment.
  • Daily recording of accounts receivable including recording cheques in cheque log, in donor management system and in SAGE accounting system.
  • Preparation and recording of bank lodgements.
  • Preparation and review of bank reconciliations.
  • Manage office travel including booking travel and accommodation.
  • Provision of administrative support to Chief Executive.
  • Assisting with organisations event management as required.
