Job Requirements
- The Accounts Administrator will manage the accounts & administration for the Eirdata division of the company.
- Primary contact for the Eirdata personnel.
- Ensure timesheets are inputted on time with the correct project codes.
- Enter supplier invoices into QuickBooks and ensure transfer to Bill Quick.
- Liaising with vendors and completing creditor reconciliations and payments.
- Processing customer receipts and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Generate quotes and job numbers as requested from site.
- Generate P.O.’s as requested from site.
- Generate monthly sales invoices & other invoices as requested from the relevant site leads.
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll on a monthly basis via Quantum.
- Generate month end reports.
- As part of the finance team, the job will include other general accounting duties as appropriate.
Key Requirements / Skills :
- Attention to detail: accuracy and thoroughness of proofreading, and numerical excellence.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good systems skills in accounting software (Experience in QuickBooks, Bill Quick and Quantum an advantage but not essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) required.
