A global leader in Aircraft Leasing, is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their finance team in Limerick, offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for professional and personal development.
Key responsibilities
- Single contact for all invoice processing for Irish entities.
- Ensuring all invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Coding invoices and posting them to the in-house accounts system.
- Preparing invoices for payment.
- Creditor account reconciliations.
- Assist with implementation of new scanning system and automation of accounts payable function.
- Cash expense management
- Credit card control and reconciliation.
- Assist with accounts receivable
Competencies
- Experience in the Aviation industry is desirable.
- Experience with account reconciliations.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills who pays meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong excel skills.
Professional qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience within accounts payable/administration function.
