An excellent team player, with strong analytical and communication skills, this individual will be part of a larger international team, reporting locally to International Accounting Manager. This role has huge potential for development and learning in a fast-paced environment

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for generating high volume of invoices and credit memos and posting related journals on a monthly basis
  • Oversee cash allocation and reconciliations including;
    • Collection of outstanding debts whilst maintaining positive customer relationships
    • Reconciliation of key accounts and the issuance of monthly statements to external customers, as required
    • Responding to escalated customer queries in a timely fashion
  • Effective internal and external Stakeholder management
  • The production and analysis of Aging reports
  • VAT reports for Revenue submission
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing projects within the finance function
  • Ability to actively improve internal Finance and Accounting processes and control enhancements
  • Ad hoc duties as they arise in

 Required Qualifications:

  • ACCA / ACA part-qualified
  • Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACCA / ACA part-qualified (2-3 exams remaining)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant Accounts Receivable experience and preferably month end exposure.
  • Attention to detail, effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility of tasks is a must.
  • Experience with Netsuite or similar package is very desirable, knowledge of excel to intermediate level is a must
  • Experience working in similar Tech Industry or an international organisation is highly desirable
