Job Requirements
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Data entry
- Validation of invoices
- Use of customer portals
- Account reconciliations
- Payment allocations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
You:
Ideally, we want someone who is comfortable and at ease in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge and experience in accounts, data entry etc. So, we want you to:
- Have previous experience in a finance/accounts setting
- Have good excel skills
- Have great computer literacy skills
- Have excellent organisation skills with an attention to detail which is second to none
- Are proactive, adaptable, flexible and you don’t hesitate to take ownership of tasks and keep yourself busy
- Know how to prioritise effectively
