Job Requirements

The HR Associate is accountable for the smooth execution of all appropriate administrative functions associated with the HR Department.

Primary Activities/Responsibilities:
*Manage and continuously improve the HR activities and processes.
*Support site on-boarding program.
*Interpret, implement and answer queries related to HR processes, procedure and policy, ensuring consistency and reinforcing adherence.
*Maintain records for protected leaves i.e. Parental; Force Majeure etc.
*Coordinate the College Placement and Summer Dependent Programs on site.
*Present HR modules at monthly site induction.
*Ensure compliance with cGMP and other business compliance regulations and participate in audits as required.
*Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports such as headcount, audit, step increases and work life balance.
*Take the lead in completing external benchmarking surveys
*Administration of the local timekeeping system 'Kronos'.
*Lead and support ad hoc HR and Site Projects/Activities.

Qualifications:
*Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources, Personnel Management).
*Desirable: CIPD Qualification

Skills:
*High level writing/communication skills.
*Demonstrated successes in a team environment, such as project teams.
*Advanced PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
