Great Opportunity – Monday To Friday , occasionally weekends roles for Catering/ Kitchen Assistants for Dublin Area.

Main Duties:

  • Basic preparation of food
  • Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and equipment
  • The serving of meals ensuring correct portion control
  • General kitchen duties eg washing up.
  • Adhering to all HACCP regulations
  • Putting away food deliveries
  • Plating desserts and salads for service
  • Covering pot wash as required
  • Cleaning of all fridges and freezers in the main kitchen
  • Cleaning hot plate in staff restaurant

Must have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
  • A good knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
  • 1 year experience in a similar environment would be very beneficial
  • Experience of Cash Handling
  • Good timekeeping
  • To be able to commit to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene
