Key Responsibilities of the Client Experience UX Designer (UX, Designer, Agile):
•Ability to work on own initiative, including planning and driving projects with minimal supervision
•Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, while building relationships with a variety of project stakeholders
•Ability to work with globally distributed project teams and build relationships
•Persuasive communication to achieve stakeholder buy
•Analysis of complex requirements and client insights
•Distil service workflows and touch points into intuitive flows diagrams
•Create compelling user journeys based on service design best practice principles
•Deliver low/high-fidelity wireframes, visual designs and interactive prototypes for various delivery platforms (web, mobile, tablet)
•Develop design specifications to support development team implementation
•Collaborate with other global client Services technology teams and more widely across Markets and Securities Services Technology.
•Create marketing and other promotional assets as needed
Knowledge/Experience of the Client Experience UX Designer (UX, Designer, Agile):
•5+ years experience specialising in UX design for custom applications or web portals
•Versed in UX and service design methodologies and techniques including user research and testing, data analysis, road maps, persona creation, etc…
•Experience in designing transactional application UIs and UXs
•Portfolio exhibits excellent attention to detail in designs and concept documentation
•Proficient creating lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes and rapid prototypes using tools including Balsamiq, Axure, iRise, etc…
•Working knowledge of web technologies and frameworks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap, Jquery, etc…
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
•Highly proficient to expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign) and related graphics software
•Previous experience of responsive design and designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) highly desirable.
Skills of the Client Experience UX Designer (UX, Designer, Agile):
•Expertise in wireframing and visual design software (Balsamiq, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office).
•Experience working in Agile environment would be beneficial.
•Previous experience within the financial industry highly desirable.
•General knowledge of Capital Markets products.
Qualifications:
•Strong academic record, ideally with a design-based degree.
