Job Requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Catering for a portfolio of Clients and actively supporting drive of the sales process in the region
- Gain an understanding of the client's business and culture
- Support all claims from nominated clients in an efficient and professional manner
- Ensuring all clients are serviced in an efficient and friendly manner in line with deadlines
- Seek and grasp opportunities to grow and expand existing client accounts in the Mid West
- Maintain strong relationships with Insurers
- Proactively participate in project work
- Build relationships and support the various teams across the business and Regions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CIP qualified
- Previous experience in Commercial Lines working for an Insurer or Broker
- Business related degree
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Strong client advocate
- Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry
- Hard working, proactive and flexible
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Good IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks
