Commercial Account Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Catering for a portfolio of Clients and actively supporting drive of the sales process in the region
• Gain an understanding of the client's business and culture
• Support all claims from nominated clients in an efficient and professional manner
• Ensuring all clients are serviced in an efficient and friendly manner in line with deadlines
• Seek and grasp opportunities to grow and expand existing client accounts in the Mid West
• Maintain strong relationships with Insurers
• Proactively participate in project work
• Build relationships and support the various teams across the business and Regions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CIP qualified
• Previous experience in Commercial Lines working for an Insurer or Broker
• Business related degree

PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Strong client advocate
• Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry
• Hard working, proactive and flexible
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Good IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks
