This means that your role will be to *own* this transformation, from entire website re-design, product design, all visual elements and be the one who drags our brand kicking and screaming into a new dawn.

The Role:

As mentioned, we're looking for an experienced digital designer to join our Marketing team. The work is fast-paced and constantly evolving and will allow you to push yourself as a creative, whilst having the chance to build a new brand from the ground up and have your work seen by a global audience.

 

You will have a deep dedication and enthusiasm for design and user experience. You're comfortable delivering interactive and digital designs for various audiences and industries within tight deadlines. This includes the analysis of current solutions, developing new ideas and concepts, creating wireframes and implement designs.

 

So what will you be doing?

Well, you will be a brand guardian, ensuring the quality, compliance and integrity of all digital collateral. You will be helping develop and incorporate personas and goals insights into design solutions to optimise user journeys and information architecture. You will also be helping create wireframes and user journey scenarios prior to design development. Ultimately you will be responsible for all UX and UI direction.

You should be comfortable working closely and managing relationships within Social Talent to develop creative concepts, strategies, and innovative approaches that will impact our customers. Your role will also involve developing deep audience insights around our target demographics and subsequently bringing this both to website builds and original content.

 

Desired Experience

 

You will have demonstrative digital creative and interactive media experience with a strong digital portfolio, preferably within a B2B online company. You will have been involved in the launch or relaunch of a website from scratch and managed the full UX & UI of this site. Having knowledge in Wordpress (or Open Source similar CMS) would be an advantage, however it is not essential to the role.  

 

You will preferably have higher level education in interaction design, digital design or information design, or relevant experience.

 

Your passion will be in graphic design, visuals and UI - anything you can represent visually, you do it. You’re probably also really interested in video content of late, but haven’t necessarily had the ability to create much yet. Here, we have a full in-house video team, so the world’s your oyster to progress into this medium!

 

Extensive experience with generating wireframes, static and dynamic prototypes, and other mock-up methods. You’ve worked consistently over your last few projects in responsive design and designing to accessibility standards.

 

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe suite software, specifically ID and PS.

• HTML5 and CSS3

 

Personal traits:

 

• You’re an effective communicator with a flair for presenting ideas and communicate to project stakeholders convincingly. Your pitch is well-honed at this stage!

• You’re a team player, including a strong and highly organised work ethic - working to tight and varying deadlines doesn’t phase you, in fact you enjoy the challenge.

• You relish the thought of getting your hands dirty with other aspects of design - you might be itching to utilise marketing data in infographic form!

• You deal with UX because it’s important, but your true passion is in UI and graphic design - anything visual and you’re on it!
