Are you a student with previous Customer Service experience looking for part-time hours that work around college?
La Crème are delighted for present this opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator based in Sandyford.
Contract Length: 6 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Working Hours
- The first role will suit a candidate who can work from 4pm-10pm Monday to Friday
- The second role will suit a candidate who is available to work Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing a high level of customer service
- Updating customer information whilst ensuring all details are correct
- Data entry
- Answering all calls in accordance to SLA's
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must be available to work either 4pm-10pm Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm
- An excellent telephone manner with a passion for working with people
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
- Ability to work well either individually or as part of a team
- Efficient on Microsoft Office
