Job Requirements
The Client: A reputable FMCG Sales and Marketing operation who are in business for over 30 years.
The Role: Customer Service Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Management of day to day sales order processing, including electronic & telephone
- Supporting sales representatives and customer support
- Dealing with all queries including delivery times, inter-store transfers and new account openings
- Liaising with distribution partners in relation to new product set up's, sales order and delivery queries and uplift requests
- Supply chain support, SLA reporting, goods in and customer return processing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role
- Must be proficient in MS Office with a flair for IT systems
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- The ability to work as part of a small team
- The ability to show initiative and work independently when required
- Must be extremely organized, analytical with excellent communication skills
In Return:
- 6 month contract
- Salary 27-31 DOE

- Training will be provided
