The Client: A reputable FMCG Sales and Marketing operation who are in business for over 30 years.

 

The Role: Customer Service Administrator

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of day to day sales order processing, including electronic & telephone
  • Supporting sales representatives and customer support
  • Dealing with all queries including delivery times, inter-store transfers and new account openings
  • Liaising with distribution partners in relation to new product set up's, sales order and delivery queries and uplift requests
  • Supply chain support, SLA reporting, goods in and customer return processing

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role
  2. Must be proficient in MS Office with a flair for IT systems
  3. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  4. The ability to work as part of a small team
  5. The ability to show initiative and work independently when required
  6. Must be extremely organized, analytical with excellent communication skills

 

In Return:

  1. 6 month contract
  2. Salary 27-31 DOE
  3. Positive and fun working environment
  4. Training will be provided

Payment

€27k - €31k per annum
