Job Requirements
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at Twitter EMEA HQ to support our two Senior Directors, Sales. We are looking for someone who can juggle diverse responsibilities with confidence & self-assurance, who is organised amidst chaos and flexible enough to both enjoy and manage the unpredictable nature of our days. We are looking for someone who can integrate well into a busy office and work with colleagues across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to our two Senior Director's, Sales and their teams.
- Partner with peers and direct reports of the Directors to manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
- Manage international and domestic travel and prepare expense reports
- Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute varying types of internal and external meetings and events
- Create and edit presentations, documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist with department budget management and expense report generation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ full-time relevant work experience.
- Proven excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex internal and external executive meetings
- Ability to prioritize effectively, exhibit critical thinking, and strategically anticipate shifting and competing priorities and needs.
- Interest and experience implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity
- Initiative and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
- Knowledge of Google Apps and/or MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Passionate about and interested in Twitter
