Professional Services Finance Analyst

 

Job Responsibilities/Position Overview:

This is 12 months contract for job rotation program with possibility of extending to permanent after 1 year if Jagienka chooses not to return to the team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Revenue Manager for EMEA, APAC and Japan
  • Monthly invoicing & revenue recognition for Consulting services
  • Contract Review - review of contracts to ensure an understanding of non-standard terms and the likely impact on revenue recognition
  • Validating Revenue numbers to detailed supporting documentation & provision of same to customers as required
  • Reporting within Global PSA tool (Professional Services Application)
  • Resolving invoicing errors / system errors preventing invoicing
  • Pull back up for deal review for audit and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support to organization leadership
  • Run other projects as necessary.

 

Requirements

  • Flexible during month end closure
  • Microsoft Excel
  • SAP/BEX, Salesforce, exposure to PSA and/or LMS tools (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize issues
  • Good time management
  • Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach and the ability to work with cross-functional multi-location teams.
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple dependency projects against critical deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight & immovable deadlines.
