Client Profile
Our client is currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious finance assistant to join their busy finance function. This role acts as a support to both the finance and operations functions of the business.
Reporting into the financial controller you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the registration and notification of all new claims
- Processing payments of fee notes on client systems
- Participation in Quality review of files prior to closure
- Weekly / Monthly reporting
- Analytical / reconciliation work
- Generating of fee invoices & reconciliation of remittance
- Rebilling of costs & outlay to clients
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Assisting the preparation of management accounts to include variance analysis and commentary on account activity
- Debtor & Creditor ledger maintenance and reporting
Candidate Profile:
Candidates should have minimum 2 years’ experience working in a busy fast paced environment, IATI qualification or similar, strong interpersonal & communication skills along with strong analytical skills.
