Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager with exposure to production based costing in a large multi-national organisation.
Finance Manager
The role, Finance Manager will report directly to the finance director and will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial analysis and preparation of statutory financial statements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts on a timely basis
- Working individually and as part of a team to prepare monthly reporting packs
- Liaising with external and internal auditors, assisting with the annual statutory audit
- Maintaining appropriate SOX process and control documentation
- Assisting other team members and coaching junior team members as needed
- Other ad hoc duties/projects as may arise
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required
- People management. Strong influencial skills
- 5+ years of post-qualification relevant work experience
- Multi-national environment experience an advantage
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with clear operational interpretation and focus
- ERP systems experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
