Job Requirements
To administrate the Credit Control processes for assigned portfolio of accounts on the Accounts Receivable ledger, for European OEM & mDirect accounts. Maximise revenue opportunities through proactive collection activity.
- Prioritised & proactive collection activity for all assigned accounts for OEM customers A – M & all mDirect accounts <$1K
- Order release management for OEM accounts in portfolio based on assigned credit limit / customer account status
- Proactively Investigate & resolve all issues / queries relevant to assigned accounts, engaging assistance of relevant Microchip European teams
- Target driven to achieve 90% ‘Current’ & zero unallocated cash
- On a rotating basis, participation in completion of the month end close schedule
- On a rotating basis, participation in completion of the month end reporting & analysis schedule
Job Requirements
Minimum three years’ experience in working in a Credit & Collection environment. Experience in multi-national environment an advantage. Completion of Credit & Collection qualification an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a reasonable level of I.T. skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of BAAN or a similar accounting reporting package would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
