Job Requirements
Franchise Administrator required for my client based in Dublin 4. Please note there is no parking on site.
This role is full time (37.5 hours) initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You must be available to start on the 6th of November.
Main Duties:
Supporting the business in the implementation of Sales, Marketing and medical mix of activities.
Provide support for allocated local & national meetings
Adhering to various deadlines on projects
Prepare invitations, collate responses, organise fees and payment contracts
Full coordination of National sales conference with particular focus on competitive costing on all elements
Proficient in Full Microsoft package (please note you will be skills tested)
Originate, track and execute payment submissions, compliant with relevant SOP and TOV process.
Working knowledge of Salesforce & prior experience of using SAP essential
Previous pharmaceutical experience is a distinct advantage.
