Graphic Design & Bid Administrator

Our client who is a Top 20 Worldwide Construction Company is seeking to recruit a Graphic Bid Coordinator. The company is looking for someone who has good design software experience and has a knowledge of the Tender/Bid process. 

Our client is a consecutive "Fit-Out Contractor of the Year" award winner. One of the industry leaders in the Irish market, this company specialises in commercial office fit-outs, retail, data centres, building refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and sustainability and healthcare projects.

Required/Responsibilities: 

• High level of competency in Adobe based products - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop 
• Familiarity with the tendering process/construction is a positive but not a necessity 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Must be motivated and willing to learn on the job - aim to ultimately be self sufficient 
• Willing to offer ideas, solutions and suggestions when they feel they are valid
