the job

We are currently looking for an experienced senior graphic designer to lead our studios team in Dublin Ireland. This role will work closely on site with one our strategic clients. This is primarily a print design role but will work closely with our digital team to create comprehensive on and offline campaigns.

responsibilities

• Lead the Dublin design team to create amazing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with the other Irish INWK studios.
• Design print materials following best practice while taking both marketing and commercial goals into account.
• Develop and Lead the studio’s processes, traffic management, measurement and structures to become best in class.
• Provide leadership and development guidance to the design team ensuring all team members have a clear development plan with regular performance reviews.
• Ownership of design based projects, working with other designers and client marketing teams.

requirements

• A qualified Graphic Designer with excellent creative and technical skills in print design, strong attention to detail essential.
• 6+ years’ relevant experience in graphics design in an advertising or design agency or internal studio.
• Capable of bringing projects from design to print ready artwork.
• Experience of design for the retail sector will be of particular benefit.
• Experience of scheduling design and artwork work advantageous.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and particularly InDesign with data merge experience.
• A natural leader who enjoys a challenging role.
• Highly organized with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
• Ability to excel within fast paced, high energy environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
