Insurance Portfolio Admin – Italian Speaking

Sigmar Recruitment, on behalf of our client, an International Life Insurance Company, is recruiting an experienced Italian Speaking Portfolio Administrator for permanent full-time position in Dublin City Centre.

This position is being offered on a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration of a Life Insurance portfolio in line with company policy to ensure excellent customer service.

Experience in a life insurance administration essential.

 

Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciliation of new business
• Processing and quality controlling of processed claims
• Processing post sales requests
• Performing 1st level AML controls and follow ups on new business
• Investigate and resolving process issues in coordination with IT Department
• 2nd level support to Customer Service Department
• Support new products and features development and testing
• Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental processes and procedures
• Assist in the design, development and monitoring of company control tools
• Liaise with external service providers
• Other ad hoc duties activities as delegated bby management

Essentail Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English Language (spoken and written)
• 3rd Level Qualification (preferably Scientific or Legal discipline)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask
• Familiarity with Sql and Database Literacy desired
• Hard working and self motivated team player
• Strongly  analytical skills 
• Flexible and proactive
