Job Requirements

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Management and Finance Department and Administration Services in ensuring the smooth running of the office administration and facility services.   

Reporting to the Financial Controller responsibilities will include:

·         Setting up payments on client systems

·         Supporting the Management, Finance and Administration Services with the execution of the administration workload for the company.

·         Providing rest break and absence cover for the Company Receptionist.

·         General secretarial duties.

·         Set up all new client files.

·         Assisting with office filing on active and settled files.

·         Assist with archiving of files as required.

·         Scanning of incoming post

·         Audit review of files

·         Any other related duties as deemed appropriate 

 

The ideal candiate will 

·         Strong Admin Skills

·         Strong Interpersonal and communications skills

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills

·         Strong attention to detail and is flexible

·         Proficient in all MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word

·         Quick to learn
