Barry Healy and Company Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Junior Receptionist/Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and dedicated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. This is a full time position.
Key responsibilities:
- Reception duties;
- Looking after incoming and outgoing post;
- Liaising with clients;
- Arranging appointments;
- Typing;
- Filing.
Key requirements:
- Excellent in Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Great communication and organisation skills;
- Excellent typing skills;
- Excellent time management.
