Barry Healy and Company Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Junior Receptionist/Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and dedicated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. This is a full time position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reception duties;
  • Looking after incoming and outgoing post;
  • Liaising with clients;
  • Arranging appointments;
  • Typing;
  • Filing.

Key requirements:

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Great communication and organisation skills;
  • Excellent typing skills;
  • Excellent time management.
