Our presitious client is looking for a Medical Secretaryfor an immedidate start.
Duties:
- Audio/Dictaphone typing
- Scheduling appointments
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Filling and documenting of medical records
- Retrieving patient charts
- Booking and follow up for labs
- Managing phone and email queries
- General Office Administration duties
Essential:
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- High level attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Medical Secretary in a hospital environment is an advantage
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- The right person will be flexible, an excellent multitasker and maintain high standards
