Our presitious client is looking for a Medical Secretaryfor an immedidate start.

Duties:

  • Audio/Dictaphone typing
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Admitting and discharging patients
  • Filling and documenting of medical records
  • Retrieving patient charts
  • Booking and follow up for labs
  • Managing phone and email queries
  • General Office Administration duties

Essential:

  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Medical Secretary in a hospital environment is an advantage
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • The right person will be flexible, an excellent multitasker and maintain high standards
