Due to the expansion and growth throughout the business, the company is now looking to appoint a National Account Manager to help manage the relationship with a Top 4 retailer.

The Role:

  • Develop strategies to grow sales and maximise profitability, including a significant amount of NPD
  • Developing and continuously improving effective partnerships with key customers
  • Managing and implementing the customer plan to include forecasts, supply chain events managements and project management
  • Explore opportunities for growth into new markets
  • Full profit and loss responsibility of a multi-million pound account (s)
  • Representing the company through network events and conferences

The candidate:

  • Successful candidates will hold a proven track record in delivering growth against company targets within the FMCG market operating either as a fully-fledged National Account Manager or currently operating in more of a junior NAM or Key Account Management capacity and ready for a step up
  • Experienced in working within private label / branded
  • A first class communicator who can build business at all levels and develop strong customer relationships
  • Highly driven, confident and ambitious
  • Knowledge and experience of food service / Top 4 is highly advantageous
