Job Requirements
New Channels and areas are being created due to new technology and to ensure our client is making use of these new opportunities, they are recruiting a NAM to their business.
Role Responsibilities:
Create & deliver JBP’s for existing and new customers and deliver clear execution plans
Manage annual & long term contacts
Build strong and sustainable customer relationships
Manage margins and budgets within framework
Create and develop plans for Like for Like customers and new customers
Ensure all new products are rolled out in a timely fashion and relevant distribution increases across current lines
Optimise promotions and deliver ROI improvement
Effectively track performance, including NPD launches and promotions
Provide timely insight & recommended action to hit/beat framework
Use Store Audits and personal store visits to deliver insight to customers
Ensure regular weekly/monthly meetings with buyers
Ensure all Terms of Trade compliance measures are upheld
Build & Develop strong working relationships with relevant parties
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Customer Management & Selling - Essential
Negotiation skills and experience developing customer relationships
Delivery in different channels & customers
Developing the Customer Investment Strategy as well as developing & implementing the Customer Business Plan
Strong commercial acumen
Analytical skills and highly numerate
Some marketing/digital experience would be beneficial in this role
