Excellent Opportunity for a procurement manager to work in a vibrant, busy city centre property
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Group Managing Director. Invaluable experience will be gained in this role, as well as the opportunity for career progression in an exciting, growing group.
The Role:
- Build and maintain current supplier relationships
- Efficient management of beverage and food stocks using modern stock control systems
- Monitor Stock level, investigate discrepancies between sales and stock, liaise with staff of all levels and departments to solve discrepancies
- Monitor wastage and conduct regular stock takes
- Produce monthly stock reports for the use of the finance department
The Candidate:
- Experience in a fast paced supply chain environment
- Ability to work well on own initiative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solver with a “can do attitude”
- Attention to detail is essential
- Must be target/results driven
- Hotel/bar/nightclub experience an advantage
