Job Requirements
As Receptionist, you will manage a busy phone line, greet visitors delivering a positive first impression of the company however will primarily be the source of information to the customers about the company and answer any queries they may have.
You will maintain a neat, professional working environment . You will manage stationary supplies, post, couriers, taxis and other management requests as they arise.
In addition, you will also provide a range of support to the Marketing team. This will involve maintaining their social media site and updating their website when required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail.
- An ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience working with Commerc
- Utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work is essential.
- An eagerness to learn with a strong work ethic
- You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- The ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous way
- You will be self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills
- A strong command of the English language both verbal and written
- You will be proactive, confident & enthusiastic
