Job Requirements

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join the team located in Dublin. The successful candidate will ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service to the clients.
 
 
Role Summary: 

 

  • Operating the switchboard
  • Reservation of meeting rooms via the in house system
  • Meeting and greeting client, including executives
  • Be the first point of contact to all client and visitors
  • Maintain visitor records and security passes, provide refreshments
  • Liaise with the PA’s and executive directors
  • Assist in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Book couriers and taxi’s
  • Administration Support
  • Liaise / build relationships with various other teams, including Catering and IT
  • Ensure the Reception area and boardrooms are kept tidy / presentable
  • Assist the Facility Manager with H & S Inductions and other adhoc duties

 
Experience Required: 

 

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Tidy and Professional Appearance
  • Excellent Organisational Skills / Efficient
  • Understand the importance of discretion
  • Ability to remember faces
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • Confident using a computer and office equipment
  • Ability to Present to small groups
