CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join the team located in Dublin. The successful candidate will ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service to the clients.
Role Summary:
- Operating the switchboard
- Reservation of meeting rooms via the in house system
- Meeting and greeting client, including executives
- Be the first point of contact to all client and visitors
- Maintain visitor records and security passes, provide refreshments
- Liaise with the PA’s and executive directors
- Assist in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
- Book couriers and taxi’s
- Administration Support
- Liaise / build relationships with various other teams, including Catering and IT
- Ensure the Reception area and boardrooms are kept tidy / presentable
- Assist the Facility Manager with H & S Inductions and other adhoc duties
Experience Required:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Tidy and Professional Appearance
- Excellent Organisational Skills / Efficient
- Understand the importance of discretion
- Ability to remember faces
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Confident using a computer and office equipment
- Ability to Present to small groups
