Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking for a Part-Time role in Dublin West?
I am currently recruiting for a part-time position with a leading utilities company in Dublin West. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional looking for part-time hours
Working Hours: Thursdays & Fridays 8:30am-5pm
Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Job Type: 4 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering all incoming calls
- Coordinating extensive travel arrangements
- Providing administrative support to team
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience coordinating travel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Must be available on Thursday's and Friday's
