Part-time 20-25 hours per week

Our Client is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team, reporting to the Accountant your duties will include:
Reception, answering all incoming calls
Assisting Accountant in general accounts administration
Scanning invoices
Issuing credit notes
Liaising between all departments
Customer queries and resolving outsanding issues/complaints
Ad-hoc duties as requested
Experience Required:
Previous experience working on Reception and Accounts Administration
Good working knowledge of accounts administration
Tas Books knowledge an advantage
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Enjoys multi-tasking role
