Position: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Dublin 12
Salary: €20,800 per annum
Type: Permanent
EXPERIENCED SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED ASAP FOR IMMEDIATE START
Our client is a well-known company who are seeking to employ an Administrator to join their growing sales team based in West Dublin. Our client requires a person who has experience in a similar role, with strong administration skills, excellent communication skills and a person who can work on their own initiative.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- To provide administrative support to the organisation supporting the wider team, in the areas of sales support, and general office duties to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Managing queries related to stock and with commercial and supply matters
- Processing sales requests and assisting with administration workload
- Ensuring all orders received via telephone and email are processed accurately and promptly
- Dealing with calls & emails from customers and clients, responding to queries and ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements for the Role:
- Administration experience is essential
- Experience working in a busy, professional environment.
- Excellent Organisation skills, with attention to detail, possessing the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexible and ability to working on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills, proficiency in excel and word etc.
