Job Description

You’ve handled projects end to end and have extensive experience throughout the whole
design and implementation process. From initial scoping through to development, language,
market, re-positioning, iconography, imagery and brand analysis to developing and designing an
entire website and offline collateral, there's a lot to be done.

You will have worked with front and backend developers to deliver a final completed launch,
hopefully on multiple occasions. The work is fast-paced and constantly evolving and will allow
you to push yourself as a creative, whilst having the chance to build a new brand from the
ground up and have your work seen by a global audience.

You will have a deep dedication and enthusiasm for design and user experience. You're
confident in delivering interactive and digital designs for various audiences and industries within
tight deadlines. This includes the analysis of current solutions, developing new ideas and
concepts, creating wireframes and implementing designs.

Qualifications

The real areas to focus are: brand research, user journey mapping, personas, website design
and storyboards/ prototypes; presenting findings to partners and then working through ticket
systems (example Jira) to ensure designs are correctly implemented and tested on website
frontend.

Extensive experience with generating wireframes, static and dynamic prototypes, and other
mock-up methods. You’ve worked consistently over your last few projects in responsive design
and designing to accessibility standards.

Your passion will be in graphic design, visuals and UI - anything you can represent visually, you
do it. You’re probably also really interested in video content of late, but haven’t necessarily had
the ability to create much yet. Here, we have a full in-house video team, so the world’s your
oyster to progress into this medium.

Skills:
● Strong knowledge of Adobe suite software, specifically ID and PS.
● HTML5 and CSS3

Personal traits:
● You’re an effective communicator with a flair for presenting ideas and communicate to
project partners convincingly. Your pitch is well-honed at this stage!
● You’re a great teammate, including a strong and highly organised work ethic - working to
tight and varying deadlines doesn’t phase you, in fact you love the challenge.
● You relish the thought of getting into it with other aspects of design - you might be itching
to utilise marketing data in infographic form!
