Administrator Role

My client, established in 1998, is an Irish owned group that employees approximately 500 staff across their 5 nursing homes around Ireland and their support office. They have facilities across Dublin and the greater Dublin area. My client is urgently seeking an Administrator to join their progressive and expanding team.

Job Requirements:

• Reception cover

• Staff rosters via TMS

• TMS management

• Payroll administration

• Resident new admissions

• Resident billable extras

• Cheque register

• HR – new starters

• Petty/Cash Visa purchasing

• Archiving

• EPIC/TMS administration Rewards: Salary of circa €27,000

€25k - €30k
