We’re looking for a User Experience Designer to create high impact strategic design solutions on any digital platform - from web-based to mobile, wearables and legacy hardware interfaces.

Based in Dublin, you’ll join our team of architects, strategists, developers and designers within service, product, brand, digital, interaction and user experience design. You’ll work in an international and playful environment alongside some of the most creative brains in Europe and the US. We work with big, innovative brands and are driven by an unparalleled passion for changing the world through exceptional design and problem solving.

• Transform user insights and strategic analysis into innovative design concepts
• Design, assist, and analyse user research and usability testing initiatives
• Create content hierarchies, site maps and navigational models that are aligned with the user experience and business requirements
• Create prototypes, detailed wireframes and functional specification with a keen eye for detail
• Ensure that the best creative solutions are realised, implemented and delivered on time and on target
• Keep in close contact with clients and iterate with them and the team on your designs
• Stay updated on the latest development, trends and technology
• Analyse and process capabilities in complex IT systems

• 3+ years of professional agency experience as an Information Architect, UX Designer or Interaction Designer
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, design, or computer science
• A specialist in sketching, wireframing and prototyping (e.g. Axure)
• Great at understanding outputs from user insights and transforming them into consistent UX designs
• Able to work with complex business processes and align them with an overall UX strategy
• A protector and ambassador for scalable and solid usability or ergonomics in digital interfaces
• A strong presenter and an excellent communicator in English
